The Teddy Group confirms the 2025 openings announced last February (with a slight deviation), representing 115 points of sale between company-owned stores and franchises, as well as a solid presence in wholesale. The group is now launching an ambitious new target for 2026: 120 new openings are planned this year, spread across its various brands. The plan is to open 65 stores for Terranova, 40 for Calliope, and 15 for Rinascimento and QB24. Of these, 30 company-owned stores are planned in Italy for all brands, accompanied by 200 new hires.
International expansion and digital strategy
The Teddy Group currently operates in more than 80 countries and has reached a net total of nearly 900 points of sale. In addition to physical expansion, another growth driver will be digital, with a focus on Germany, Russia, and Southeast Asia, via some of the major e-commerce marketplaces.
Investments to support growth
"2025 was a year of significant investment for us," commented Alessandro Bracci, CEO of Teddy. "2026 will be a crucial year, during which we aim to leverage the capital allocated to business growth by taking on a fundamental challenge: growing globally while remaining true to our vision and values."
The Romagna-based company Groupe Teddy recorded consolidated sales of over €735 million in 2024, the latest available financial statements.
