Tomorrow Ltd is being acquired by Progetto 11 (The Level Group)

Tomorrow Ltd Acquired by the Progetto 11 Holding Company

Tomorrow Ltd is changing ownership. The British showroom and brand incubator—co-founded and led by Stefano Martinetto, which has been undergoing an internal restructuring for some time—is now being acquired by Progetto 11, the holding company that oversees The Level Group, the Italian e-commerce partner founded by Andrea Ciccoli.

The Level Group works with a portfolio of more than twenty fashion and luxury brands. In 2025, the group generated revenue of over 250 million euros and acquired Tomorrow Ltd from Three Hills Capital Partners, which had been managing Tomorrow since 2022.

The founder's departure and the platform's stabilization

As part of this transaction, Stefano Martinetto, the founder of the acquired company Tomorrow Ltd, is also reported to have left the company permanently, where he was a minority shareholder.

“Progetto 11,” the holding company stated, “will ensure Tomorrow’s operational continuity and, as the next collections approach, will provide new capital as well as operational support. This marks the beginning of a stabilization phase for one of the most established fashion distribution platforms in Europe and the United States.”

Recent challenges for the brands in the portfolio

Recently, the Martinetto platform had already found itself in the spotlight due to events involving certain brands in its portfolio, namely Martine Rose and Coperni, in which it holds a majority stake. The former, in particular, faced the suspension of production for its collection, while the latter was marked by the cancellation of its Paris fashion show.
