The Teddy Group confirms the 2025 store openings announced last February (with a slight deviation), totaling 115 retail locations—including company-owned stores and franchises—as well as a strong presence in wholesale. The group is now setting a new ambitious goal for 2026: 120 new openings are planned this year, spread across its various brands. The plan includes 65 openings for Terranova, 40 for Calliope, and 15 for Rinascimento and QB24. Of these, 30 company-owned store openings are planned in Italy across all brands, accompanied by 200 new hires.
International Expansion and Digital Strategy
Currently, the Teddy Group operates in more than 80 countries and has reached a total of nearly 900 retail locations. In addition to physical expansion, another growth driver will be digital, with a focus on Germany, Russia, and Southeast Asia through some of the leading e-commerce marketplaces.
Investments to Support Growth
“2025 was a year of significant investment for us,” commented Alessandro Bracci, CEO of Teddy. “2026 will be a crucial year, during which we aim to put the capital earmarked for business growth to good use, while tackling a fundamental challenge for us: growing on a global scale while remaining true to our vision and values.”
The Romagna-based Teddy Group reported consolidated revenue of over 735 million euros in 2024, the most recent financial year for which figures are available.
