This overhaul affects the watch’s entire structure. The cases benefit from new molds and more precise milling. The straps and their buckles have been redesigned to eliminate unsightly lateral play. The dials, sets of hands, rotating bezel components, and even the sapphire crystals come from entirely new suppliers. The goal is no longer to assemble disparate parts, but to create structural coherence where every element meets the same exacting standards even before it reaches the assembly lines.

Quality Control at the Heart of the Strategy

Producing components of excellent craftsmanship is pointless if the final assembly phase lacks rigor. To support its industrial transformation, the brand recently relocated its operations to new facilities, enabling a complete overhaul and expansion of its quality control department. The teams have been expanded, with a clear directive: to catch even the slightest anomaly before the watches are boxed and shipped.
